Whilst we will use all the information we have available to us to identify your filters solely by reference to a machine model, we will not accept responsibility should any of them prove not to be correct.
The safe way to identify the filters needed is by supplying the original equipment manufacturers numbers. We will accept responsibility for filters supplied as cross references derived in this way.
We can often identify part numbers if a sample is provided for us to look at. We can then easily identify whether or not we can recognise it from its dimensions and media type. But again having an OEM part number is often the safest and most accurate way of identification.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are unhappy with any aspect of our products or our services, so that we can rectify the situation.
We would like to clarify our returns policy to speed up the process of returns for our customers. Please call us and explain the issue before dispatching goods back to us.
Goods returned without prior notification will not be credited as a matter of course. If the goods prove to be inaccurate because of an error by us cross referencing part numbers we will attempt to replace them free of charge, give a refund or credit you in full.
We cannot accept responsibility if we have supplied goods against inaccurate or incomplete information given to us by the customer or end user. Goods may then be returned on a pre-approved basis and a 15% re-handling fee will apply. If the goods are non-stock items purchased specifically or manufactured bespoke, the re-handling fee will vary on a case by case basis but beginning at 25%.
We will always take responsibility for errors made by our staff or suppliers incorrect information.
Please note that we are only able to accept items back that:
- Have not been used or damaged in any way
- Are in a re-saleable condition
- Were originally supplied by Sterling Filtration
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.
